    The Basic On-Call Tech Support Office Plan provides you with ongoing protection and maintenance for your business computer to keep productivity high. This package includes system monitoring to alert you of problems that may arise on your PC.

  • Premium

    As part of the Premium On-Call Tech Support Office Plan, you'll receive everything that's included in the Basic Plan plus our technology experts will remotely troubleshoot and resolve problems on your devices. We'll make sure your workstation is protected and optimized so that you get the most out of every workday.

  • Platinum

    The Platinum On-Call Tech Support Office Plan provides you with the highest level of IT support. You will have direct access to our technology experts for workstation and peripheral IT support needs, plus on-site support for problems that cannot be resolved remotely.

  • Unlimited Data Backup

    Unlimited Data Backup can provide you with a comprehensive backup strategy for your PC. A technician will download and configure software to protect your critical business data in the cloud should something happen to your PC. This is a monthly subscription service that can be added to any of the On-Call Tech Support Office Plans.
