Simply bring all your confidential documents to the nearest OfficeMax location, and one of our associates will place them in locked, secure collection bins for off–site destruction.

We'll arrange for Cintas to come to you. See an OfficeMax associate in store to fill out our easy service request form and schedule a pickup at your location. Our service team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a pickup date and time. Once the service has been completed, you will be provided with a Certificate of Destruction. Check if your store is participating.
Qualifications for containers
Cintas–certified drivers transport your documents to access–controlled shredding facilities in secure, state–of–the–art vehicles. At the facility, all documents remain under constant surveillance until they are destroyed.
Just hand off your documents and we'll do the rest. No need to worry about paper clips, staples or sorting. It would take you a whole month to shred what Cintas can shred in 30 minutes.
Every securely shredded document is recycled into other paper products. This environmentally preferable process uses less energy, water and fewer chemicals, and reduces waste to landfill.
