What is MaxAssurance?  MaxAssurance is a worry free protection plan designed to cover your electronics and furniture purchase.  Once you purchase the MaxAssurance, there is no additional cost to you. MaxAssurance will cover failures caused by:

Electronics:          

• - Normal wear and tear
• - Accidental Damage from Handling
• - Defects in workmanship and materials
• - Environmental factors (heat, dust and humidity)
• - Mechanical and electrical breakdowns
• - Power Surges

Chairs:

• - Broken casters, wheels and other moving parts
• - Normal wear and tear to upholstery, including   seam separation

Furniture:

• - Structural defects and dovetail construction

How to redeem: If something should go wrong with your covered product, getting it repaired or replaced is easy by using the following steps:

• 2. Register your product here by visiting the “Register and Manage Your Warranty” link or by calling our call center at 1-866-805-9095 24/7.  If you register your product online within the first 90 days of purchase, you qualify for an additional 30 days of coverage.



• 3. File a claim – If your product fails, you can file a claim by calling our call center or visit the “Register and Manage Your Warranty” link.  This portal enables you to register, track, troubleshoot, file a claim and view status of your claim just with a click.  Once your claim has been filed, MaxAssurance will either schedule service or replace the product with either a product or an OfficeMax gift card.
