Register and Manage Your Protection Plan
If something should go wrong with your covered product, getting it repaired or replaced is easy by using the following steps:
- 1. Purchase your product and MaxAssurance at a retail store or on www.officemax.com
- 2. Register your product by visiting the Register and Manage Your Warranty or by calling our call center at 1-866-805-9095 24/7. If you register your product online within the first 90 days of purchase, you qualify for an additional 30 days of coverage.
- 3. File a claim. If your product fails, you can file a claim by calling our call center or Register and Manage Your Warranty. This portal enables you to register, track, troubleshoot, file a claim and view status of your claim just with a click. Once your claim has been filed, MaxAssurance will either schedule service or replace the product with either a product or an OfficeMax gift card.
