What is a refurbished computer? When a computer is listed as refurbished, this means that the computer has been taken out of its original packaging and has gone through a recertification process to return it to its original working condition. The returned computer goes through a thorough process in which it is restored to its original working condition and is tested by a certified technician. The product is then discounted and the savings is passed along to the customer.
